PUWER Assessments & Surveys
Engineering Design & Build Consultancy undertake complete Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER) surveys with reports to meet regulatory requirements including the necessary remedial/corrective actions to bring machinery to required safety standards and compliance certification.
The assessment covers each aspect of the regulations and includes a comprehensive report on conformity together with a guide to remedial and corrective work required to achieve full certificated compliance.
EDB also undertake corrective work and the design and installation of safety systems such as guarding, interlocks, and electrical installations to achieve compliance which includes reassessment to the regulations and certification.
We provide PUWER management programmes which control assessments, reports, remedial work and reassessments on due dates on clients’ machinery and equipment using our PUWER database management system.
