Facilities Management (FM) Services
Based on equipment surveys, Engineering Design & Build Consultancy offers annual servicing and maintenance contracts designed to meet the specific requirement of plant operators, ensuing that equipment is maintained in optimum condition; reducing unplanned downtime and providing a 24-hour breakdown service in the event of a component failure.
Planned maintenance programmes can be scheduled to meet factory production requirements so that even essential downtime has minimum impact on output. A full ‘reactive’ repair and service facility is available to both contract and non-contract customers in support of existing in-house maintenance departments.
EDB also provides a full collection and delivery service for workshop repairs and a rapid turnaround to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Service & Maintenance Contracts
We offer service contracts based around customers’ maintenance requirements for individual machines and complete machine shops, providing management of all maintenance programmes using modern maintenance techniques to achieve improving OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency).

EDB provide bespoke PPM programmes for most makes and types of machine tools, industrial machinery and related equipment.
Total Productive Maintenance Programmes
We design and implement TPM programmes tailored to individual machine requirements of care (we can also provide training to machine operators!).
